Dr. Burnette is an excellent veterinarian and provided phenominal care for our Mini Goldendoodle, Eddy. He addressed all our concerns, taking his time to provide patient education and assurance for Eddy’s mom & dad. We’re very impressed. The clinic is clean and organized, and the entire staff was polite, friendly, and welcoming. We highly recommend Palmetto Animal Hospital and will not hesitate to return when needed. My husband and I have been coming here for the past 8 years and have always had trust in the practice and now Dr. Casebier is the crowing touch! (Pun intended!) He gave me a number of options when tending to my recently cracked molar, and was quick to suggest a conservative treatment plan while thoroughly explaining the pros and cons of each choice. He worked quickly and pleasantly, with minimal discomfort. This is truly a first class practice!

They are good with how they explain what is going on and provide documents with breakdowns. Sadly my cat was too sick and we had to put him to sleep but their care is good and they are very compassionate with how they handle animals.

I recently started brining my dog here after taking him to the same vet for his entire life-8.5 years. I was able to get him in quickly, even being a new patient. We had a diagnosis very quickly and treatment was started right away. Everyone we have encountered thus far has been friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I feel like my dog is in capable hands at Palmetto. It’s worth the 35-40 min. drive from home to get good, quality care for my baby.
I’ve been coming to this office for about 2 years now. The service is amazing and all of my questions and concerns have been handled immediately. I love the fact that the office is clean every time I’ve come in to have Chili taking care of. Everyone is always so welcoming…especially Mrs. Karen.
